Got my Bachelor Degree in UCLA as a Math Major in 1986 and was working in computer field for a little more than 16 months before I had a change of heart.
May be is the nature of me, or may be just tire of seating in front of the computer hours after hours, I decided to look for something more lively, more interactive with people.
I found Real Estate that can free me up and same time bring me closer to people, I started my first experience as a Transaction Coordinator in a small Mom and Pa Real Estate Office before getting my Real Estate License in 1989, definitely love it and it is my 29 years in Real Estate and still keep going strong!
During the past 28 years, I worked with many customers but one group stand out the most, First Time Buyer, I truly love to work with them, guide them through and clear all the cloud above them.
Making their American Dream come true, not easy but at the end it certainly provide them a place call home, build up their equity and move forward to their next steps of their live.
I love golf, it provides me a place to relax, to calm my soul and to be self discipline, it is 11 years ago that golf found me in one of the golf tournament from my old office.It is no going back since then, I have set one day a week as my golf day, no exception even if it rains, my friends and colleague called me crazy, I call myself golf addict.
